PRODUCTION
Our production has always been outsourced to ensure high-quality craftswomanship and social responsibility. We partnered with the socio-economic tailoring enterprise MERIT (Volkshilfe Wien), as well as talented artisans like Thea and Johanna Schiebel Sklenicka (jokotraki) in the Weinviertel region.
Johanna was a very important partner for MILCH in recent years!
Initially, Johanna took over parts of the production in her workshop in the Weinviertel region. Later, she assumed additional responsibilities for material procurement, logistics, storage, production, B2B and B2C orders, and communication.
We divided the responsibilities and revenue 30/70 according to our passion, joy, motivation, and, of course, competences, with Johanna handling and earning 70%.
This arrangement allowed MILCH founder Clôd to focus on developing new services and projects. Thank you for that!
